Each piece is made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.
We take care to ensure every print is produced, packaged, and shipped with quality in mind.

Where We Ship

At this time, ImageHausArt ships only within the United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping or deliveries outside the U.S.
This allows us to maintain reliable delivery times, consistent quality control, and predictable shipping costs for all customers.

Production Time

Because every item is custom printed, production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another when it ships — including a tracking link.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery after production:

  • Contiguous U.S.: 3–8 business days

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: 7–12 business days

Please note that these are estimates — delivery times can vary depending on your location, holidays, or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout to avoid delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us at [your email here] within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll work with our production partner to resolve the issue and send a replacement when possible.

Packaging

Prints are carefully packaged in rigid mailers or tubes to ensure safe delivery.
