2. Products and Orders

All items are made-to-order through our production partner, Printful.

We aim to display product images and colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, print processes, or materials.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or violations of our policies.
If your order is canceled, you’ll be notified and refunded in full.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at checkout through the secure payment options provided on our site. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.

4. Returns and Replacements

Because all items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, and written content on this site remain the exclusive property of ImageHausArt.
By purchasing a product, you are acquiring a physical print or digital display license for personal use only — not the rights to reproduce, resell, or modify the artwork.

You may not use our content, trademarks, or images for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services
Fulfillment, printing, and shipping are handled by third-party partners (such as Printful). While we work with trusted providers, we are not responsible for their performance, service interruptions, or shipping delays beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to maintain accurate information and dependable service. However, ImageHausArt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our website or products.
In any case, our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for your order.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
